Richard began his journey with Cinnamon Shore in September 2020 and currently serves as Back of House Manager for Cinnamon Shore Rentals. He was selected as Ambassador of the Month for December in recognition of his consistent dedication and exceptional contributions. Richard is known for going above and beyond to support his team, actively engaging with the community, and championing key initiatives. His positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong leadership presence set him apart.
